Clear a path wide enough for the truck and forklift, with firm ground for the pallet to be placed.
Self-service yard pickup
Bring a trailer that fits the pallet size and secure the load before leaving the yard.

Site access and weather
If access is blocked or weather makes the ground unsafe, we reschedule your delivery at no extra charge when notified before the delivery window.
Damage inspection and deposits
Inspect sod and equipment at delivery or pickup. Equipment rentals hold a deposit as listed at checkout, and ID verification is required before handover.
